Let your agent read the fix list.

Connect Claude Code, Cursor or the Claude app to SEO Flock once. Then ask it to list your sites, read the fixes and work through them. It can read and re-check. It cannot change your site, plan or billing, and you review everything before it goes live.

The direct connection is part of the paid plans. On Free you can still download the same list as a file or copy it as a prompt.

Claude Code

Run this in your terminal:

claude mcp add --transport http seoflock https://www.seoflock.com/api/mcp

Then type /mcp, choose seoflock and Authenticate. Your browser opens so you can log in and choose Allow.

Cursor

Add this to your mcp.json:

Cursor offers a sign-in the first time it connects.

The Claude app

Open Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Name it SEO Flock and paste:

Click Add, then Connect, then Allow.

Then just ask

1. “List my SEO Flock sites.” It shows each site and its score.
2. “Get the fixes for my site and work through them.” It reads the list, edits your code and commits one fix at a time.
3. You deploy. Nothing goes live until you say so.
4. “Re-check the site.” SEO Flock tests the pages again and confirms which fixes worked.

What the agent reads

An example of the kind of list it gets, with rules that stop it inventing facts and checks that prove each change worked:

Rules
- Make only the change each task describes.
- Never invent facts such as addresses, prices or reviews.
- One commit per task: "SEO <task id>: <title>".
- Do not deploy. Leave changes ready for review.

Why: Search results show a random snippet instead of your pitch.
Steps:
  1. Open the page file for /services.
  2. Add a meta description of 120 to 155 characters.
Verify:
  - The page's <head> contains one meta description.
