Terms of service

These terms apply when you use SEO Flock, a service that audits your websites, reads your Search Console data and suggests changes. SEO Flock is run by SEO Flock Ltd ("we", "us"). SEO Flock Ltd is registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE.

By creating an account or using SEO Flock you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

SEO Flock checks the public pages of sites you add, reads Search Console data from sites you connect, tracks where you rank for searches you choose, and uses AI to draft suggestions such as page titles, descriptions and structured data.

SEO Flock never changes your website. You decide what to do with every suggestion.

SEO Flock is still being finished. Sign-ups may be invite-only, features can change or be withdrawn, and there may be outages. We aim to keep it running well but we do not promise it will always be available.

You must be at least 18 and give us accurate details. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for what happens on your account, and you should tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Each account is for one person unless your plan says otherwise.

Only add sites you own or have permission to audit. Do not use SEO Flock to attack, overload or probe other people's sites, to break the law, or to try to get around plan limits.

When we audit a site, our crawler identifies itself as SEOFlockBot, only fetches public pages and checks the site's robots.txt file. Please do not try to read other customers' data, interfere with the service or copy it.

You keep ownership of your sites and the content on them. You give us permission to process that content, and your Search Console data, only so we can provide SEO Flock to you.

Search Console access is read-only. You can disconnect it at any time in SEO Flock, and you can also remove our access from your Google account.

We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law. Our privacy policy at /privacy sets out what we collect, why, who we share it with and your rights. If you close your account, we will delete your data as described there, unless the law requires us to keep some of it.

Suggestions are written by an AI model (Claude, from Anthropic). To create them we send relevant content from your pages to that provider.

AI can be wrong or out of date. Treat every suggestion as a draft, check it before you use it, and remember you are responsible for any changes you make to your own site.

Search engines decide where pages appear, and we do not control them. We cannot promise any particular ranking, traffic or number of clicks. Data from Google can be delayed or incomplete.

There is a free plan, and paid plans billed monthly or yearly. Prices are in pounds and shown on the pricing page. Paid billing is not switched on yet, so you will not be charged for anything until we tell you it is, and we will show you the full price, including any tax, before you pay.

AI features use credits from your plan's monthly allowance. Credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Audits, Search Console sync and rank tracking do not use credits.

You can change plan or stop at any time. There is no contract.

SEO Flock works with services such as Google (Search Console), Anthropic (AI) and our hosting and database providers. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible if they are unavailable or change.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.

Otherwise, we provide SEO Flock with reasonable care and skill but without a promise that it is error-free. We are not liable for lost profit, revenue, data or business, or for indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 if you are on the free plan.

You can stop using SEO Flock and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken or the service is being misused, and we will tell you why where we can.

We may update these terms as SEO Flock grows. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use your local courts.
